INNOVATIONS

Some of the things we’ve built.

Every one of these is real, and we built each one. Some are from our own shop, and some from work for a client.

Always respond, even when you're busy

You're out on a job and can't get to the phone, so the call rings out. Within a minute, the caller gets a text from your business: sorry we missed you, what do you need? Their reply comes straight through to you.

The customer knows you've seen them, so they're less likely to ring the next name on the list, and you get to finish the job you're on. We built this for our own phone line first.

Never lose track of a potential customer

When someone contacts your business, the system automatically captures their enquiry and keeps all the information in one place.

You can see who contacted you, when they got in touch, what they're looking for and what happened next — so no more searching through emails, messages or paperwork.

The system can also automatically send follow-ups, gather information from customers and reconnect with people who didn't book the first time.

You'll always know where your enquiries are coming from, how many become customers and where there's an opportunity to win more business.

New products listed in one click

We built this for our own online shop. Every new product used to mean the same afternoon: work out a stock code, type up the listing, upload it.

Now the files go into a folder, and the system sorts them and writes the listing. One click puts it live on the shop.

If every new product you sell online means the same typing, we'd build you something like this.

A digital product to go with what you sell

We built this for our own shop. For the miniatures we sell, the system uses AI to draft extra game material and a cover for it.

The material is things like encounters, characters and random tables. The system lays each one out as a PDF and puts it on sale in two more online shops. It also adds a preview to the original listing.

Each step waits for our OK before anything goes live.

Orders that file themselves

In our own shop, new orders come into one place every hour, with the fees and who’s owed what.

Nobody copies an order into a spreadsheet any more.

Drop a file in, and it's in

In our own shop, new files go into a shared folder. The system checks it every few minutes and brings them in, sorted.

Nobody uploads them by hand.

A 3D model you can turn round in the browser

We built this for our own shop. It’s a page where we can spin and zoom into a 3D model in the browser, with nothing to install.

A Pinterest pin maker

We built this for our own shop. It drafts a Pinterest pin for a new digital product: a picture and a few words that link to it.

It’s built to post each pin we approve at a fixed time, up to five a day. We built it so nobody has to make or post pins by hand.

Something that keeps an eye on it all

In our own shop, checks run through the day, some every few minutes.

If something fails or gets stuck, a message comes through to us. Some problems fix themselves before anyone looks.

A website that checks itself

A set of checks that go through your live website looking for what Google looks at: broken links, text you can't read, pages that shouldn't be there, and how it works on a phone, which is where most people will see it. You get a list of what's wrong, with the fixes ranked.

It comes with a rehearsed backup and restore, so if a page breaks there's a way back that's been tested.

One review, in full

“I’ve recently started working with Ben and have been really impressed with how helpful and easy he is to work with. He’s taken the time to understand my business and what I’m trying to achieve, and has been incredibly patient and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or wanted to try something differently.

After working alone and doing everything yourself for over a decade, it can feel strange relinquishing any amount of control, but Ben has been amazing at listening to any concerns, finding solutions and adapting the approach to something that works for both of us where needed. He’s clearly very knowledgeable about what he does, works extremely quickly, and has already made some really positive changes to my website and the way I’m approaching my business.

I’m really so pleased to now have Ben’s help and guidance and I’m looking forward to seeing how everything develops as we continue working together. What really comes across in everything Ben does is his care and passion for genuinely wanting to help people improve their businesses. He is approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping my business grow. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone wanting help generating more growth in their business.”

You don’t need to know what you need.

A line about how things are going is enough. We read every one and reply ourselves, however you’d like.
